The majority of South African citizens do not have access to primary medical care. In most instances, they are reliant on state run facilities where they literally spend days waiting in queues to receive treatment. To compound matters, short or no supply of medication often results in the non-treatment of diagnosed conditions.
To address this and in conjunction with its Health Care Management Systems, Go Life is evaluating options to establish holistic clinics where primary healthcare can be provided on a cost effective basis and where health education and advice can be provided in a structured and value added manner. The Ingonyama Trust will play a leading role in this venture.
